Jason Salisbury - President

Jason founded Salisbury Lawn Service in 1993. Originally a residential lawn care company, Salisbury Landscape Group has evolved into a full service grounds maintenance contractor providing landscape design/build services.

As the primary force behind the company's growth and stability, Jason is responsible for generating the bulk of the job leads and sales referrals. He is also a key contributor to all of the company's sales and marketing objectives. Jason has also earned the Michigan Certified Nurseryman (MCN) designation from the Michigan Nursery and Landscape association (MNLA).

Chris Greene - Vice President

Chris joined Salisbury Landscape Group in 2003 as the company's Vice President. His core functions include the accounting and financial management of the company, as well as the development of company processes and administrative procedures. Chris is also responsible for the key administrative functions; including marketing, human resources, and information technology.

Chris earned his Master of Business Administration  degree from Wayne State University (WSU) in 2008. He also earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University (EMU) in 1999.

Joy Searl - Accounting Manager

As the company's accounting manager, Joy is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, job cost, and service contract administration. She also has a major role in the preparation of internal financial statements and various other reporting functions.

Joy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University (EMU).

Mike Hicks - Operations Manager

Mike manages the lawn department's daily field activities and scheduling. He ensures that each customer receives excellent service performed in a timely manner. He also performs many human resource activities as the direct manager of the lawn department staff.

A diverse background is what makes Mike such a talented employee. With over 14 years of experience, Mike has effectively managed various types of activities within the landscape industry, including landscape installation, lawn care, irrigation installation, and snow removal services.

Dave Fitch - Project Manager

Dave is responsible for the management of the daily landscape operations. He performs the job scheduling, materials sourcing, and serves as the liaison between client, architect, sales and landscape foreman. But ultimately, his core responsibility is to ensure that the landscape work is performed in an efficient and exceptional manner.
